Silhouette offers tailor-made solutions to tasks like that and believes that, above all, precision, reliability and flexibility are the values that provide a really important bonus to our partners during a cooperation. In the current labour market conditions, the significance of internal communication events has gained emphasis.

Altogether, we have gained confirmation that at future domestic and international assignments, our existing and future clients should receive what we have believed in from the start – an experience of an event!
“Restless, tireless, constantly seeking challenges, creation is her element” – excerpt from a prediction.
Parallel to graduating from the Faculty of Foreign Trade of the Budapest Business School, I continuously worked at various events. That was when the world of these events enchanted me for life. At a young age, I had the opportunity to learn the basics of event organisation from excellent experts. The perfectionism and perseverance experienced at the Protocol Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs also impressed me. My work at Ministry of Foreign Affairs was followed by a tough 5 years at the Protocol Department of the Ministry of Economy and Transportation where, as head of the department, I organised over 800 events a year. A whole book would not be enough to recount the countless experiences and difficulties that I had come across during those years. Still, it was not enough for me. In 2007, my colleagues and I established Silhouette Kft. It was a challenge for me to provide something new to clients on the event market. Successful events and satisfied clients provided an answer to my question whether there was a demand for a rigorous, highly organised, client-friendly attitude.
In 2014, Silhouette Kft. took a step forward and started the next seven years under a new name, as Silhouette Consulting Kft. with a new profile.
I graduated from the Human Resource Department and later the Marketing Department of the Corvinus University of Budapest. I had the opportunity to experience the world of event organisation during my university years, mostly out of curiosity and the desire to seek out anything new. Although I thoroughly enjoyed this period, after I had graduated, it was obvious to me that I would acquire further experiences in fields closer to my studies, so, in order to try both areas, I found a job at the marketing department of a large corporation. I did not, however, distance myself from event organisation here either and soon my main tasks included the organisation, coordination and implementation of the professional seminars, the expo and other corporate events of the company. During these years, apart from gaining extensive experience, I came to recognize that this was the field that was closest to me, where I could most utilise my skills and what I had performed throughout with undiminished enthusiasm.
The important values of my work include accuracy, extensive consideration of client’s demands and a performance of the highest quality with keen attention to even the most minute detail. Utilising my existing experiences, in the hope of creative tasks and new challenges, I gladly joined the team of Silhouette Consulting where serving clients takes place with undiminished perfectionism, representing similar values.
Happily accepting the new position and all challenges that it may entail, as event director, I shall continue to ensure that Silhouette and its team provide the highest level of services with the usual rigour, attention and professionalism, taking into consideration the demands of current and future clients.
I graduated as an institutional communicator at the Budapest College of Communication and Business. Even throughout my college studies I had worked in various areas of the event organisation profession. I tried myself as an animator, I also got a taste of the world of event technology and, finally, I decided to stick to organisation, since that was here I could best utilise my acquired skills. During the past years, I have participated in the implementation of countless events and it has become increasingly clear to me that I had fallen hopelessly in love with this diverse and ever innovative profession.
To me, an event is only a success, if both the client and the guests are satisfied, whether it is a smaller scale corporate event or a programme involving thousands of participants. I always make a success out of the projects I am in charge with thanks to my good sense of logistics. Looking for new challenges, I gladly joined the team at Silhouette Consulting where I do my best to become a useful member of the team with undiminished enthusiasm, utilising my former experiences. To me, event organisation is not a job, but a calling – something that brings meaning to my life.
Ever since my childhood, I have been drawn to the event organising profession. I have always selected my schools and jobs consciously, keeping this goal in mind. I started my university studies at the Tourism and Catering Department of the Corvinus University of Budapest. Parallel to my studies, I first worked as a hostess, so I had the opportunity to gain insight into the background work required at events. I believed that I would be able to utilise the experiences gained there under real working conditions too, so I applied for an internship position at Silhouette. When I was informed that I could start working at the company, I was excited and scared at the same time. On the one hand, I could hardly wait to experience first-hand what tasks an event organiser must face, on the other hand, however, I knew that I would be facing completely new challenges.
My internship was truly eventful initially. I landed at the company when the team was organising a really momentous economic conference at a very short deadline, so learning the basics was very intense. Since then, I have participated in the implementation of multiple events, starting from Santa Claus parties to largescale corporate events to important economic conferences – the variety is great. I gained new experiences at all venues every time. I believe that as a member of such a buoyant and innovative team, I can learn a lot in the future too.
All this started 3 years ago when I participated in multiple events, programmes and lectures with friends and family.
I had always been fascinated by the way events were organised, the matching decoration, the spectacular visuals and the programmes that went with them, which, from the aspect of guests’ experiences, always constituted perfect organisation. This was when I first thought what it would be like to be part of the entire phenomenon on the other side. So that was the moment I decided that this would be my profession.
Shortly afterwards, I completed a cultural event organisation course and then immediately plunged into the mysteries of event organisation. I spent almost two years at an event organising company in Budapest where I could utilise my acquired skills in practice and I had the opportunity to participate in the organisation and implementation of numerous events.
During this period I learnt and developed a lot and I wish to prove that as a member of the team at Silhouette Consulting.
My work is mainly characterised by constant change and renewal, perseverance, creativity and efficient problem solving. I try to bring out the maximum in everything and create memorable events that do not only bring about momentary satisfaction, but leave a lasting impression in participants.
Creativity and organisation have somehow always been a part of my life. I found myself taking care of the organisational tasks of friendly get-togethers, camps, or student days, with my neck always full of festival badges. It did not take long to realize that my hobby would also become my profession. And after graduating from the Tourism and Catering Department of the Corvinus University of Budapest, I ran into the real opportunity.
I arrived at the Silhouette team with hardly any experience with event agencies and yet I felt at home really soon. Since then I have been an enthusiastic part of events, learning and experiencing a lot. Organising extraordinary events as part of an extraordinary team – I think I could wish for no more.
I fell in love with the world of events from the other side of the curtain, from behind the scenes, backstage, rehearsal rooms and the stage. When choosing a career, it was obvious that I would enter the fields of organisation, arts and protocol. During college I was the manager of the external and internal programmes of a dance school, and later I became the art manager of a youth festival and organised street music festivals and charity events. I have been a member of the Silhouette team since 2015 and think back on the successes, testing challenges and the grateful smiles of satisfied clients of the past years with pleasant nostalgia. I am happy to be able to look forward to the events of the present and the future with the motivation of these experiences.
According to my experience, event management is more of a lifestyle than a profession. Even in your spare time you find yourself helping with friends’ weddings, organising group outings, or browsing cultural websites, to see what is going on in the world around you. Besides professional precision, I also feel responsible in my job for supporting the client and my colleagues where my time spent in the non-governmental sector really comes in useful. To us it is important that events do not merely become projects comprised of tasks, but instead, that we create a habitat, in which, if people meet and spend time and energy to achieve a goal, growth and good relationships are established. Creativity, personal attention and a sense of humour are all great tools in this.
I believe that an event can only be regarded as successful, if the net created by the organisers invisibly spreads out over all areas where the guests, upon arrival, feel safe and can perfectly focus on the occasion.
